Water Tower Restoration

A century-old water tower thoughtfully restored into an ADU, home office, and guest retreat. Once an underutilized structure, it was reimagined as a warm and functional living space while honoring its historic character. Original redwood was carefully preserved and integrated throughout the interior ceilings and architectural details, creating a connection between past and present. Inspired by Sea Ranch and the rugged Northern California coastline, the design embraces natural materials, craftsmanship, and a timeless relationship to place.
